Yes, ECPI is one of a select few that actually has several Engineering Technology programs as it's a Polytechnic Educational institution, I looked at their programs before but I don't recall if any are competency based, and I can never find the proper pricing for their programs anywhere. I always wanted to find the cost but never had the chance to email/contact them, I should though...
