The specific exam feedback and IC flashcards should get you a pass. I also use Spark Notes / Spark Charts and find them to be a good supplement. You should also be able to find some free videos on these subjects at iTunes. Don't overwhelm yourself, which it sounds like you are doing. These exams cover the basic concepts, theories and maybe some basic applications.
Here's what I do, not that it will work for everyone: I would recommend that you do one free Petersen's exam and see how you score and where you need to review, then review the flashcards, specific exam feedback and any other materials recommended. I usually review the Spark Notes then do another Petersen's practice test. From there I usually focus on the areas I'm struggling with in the practice exam. I will review my specific exam feedback notes and Spark Notes the morning of my exam. This has worked for me, so I haven't tried anything different, but you may find you need more or less than this.
