2nd Bachelors PLUS accountability thread
#11
October 2019

- CC course is going ok.  Looks like an Intro to Security course and not an Intro to Physical Security course.
- I will start digging into the CISSP next week.
- Spring term courses have been posted, but none of the courses I wanted to take are being offered.  Turns out they are only offered in the fall.  That will delay the BS.
- Not liking what i'm reading about TESU and ACE.  When it is time to apply, it looks like I will be applying at all three.

I don't think you can do credit alternatively for TESU's BS in Cybersecurity degree, nor COSC's. There are too many courses that are unavailable. Not sure if the CC courses will fulfill all the requirements. You might want to look at WGU instead...

SDC has classes that map to the TESU BSCyber requirements. I have looked through the classes and there are a couple I want to take for professional development. Same with the CC classes. I also have a couple of certs in addition to the CISSP, I want to work on in the next 2 years. Planning to apply to TESU after I get most of them done and see what the transcript looks like. The TESU program has a lot of specific required course, so probably worth looking at the others. I don't think WGU is for me, but probably worth applying there too. I'm at least a year away from applying.
