I'm going to assume you mean the ECE A&P exam...
I just took this exam on the 14th and passed with a B. Overall it was a fairly tough exam and I guessed on probably 50 questions at least. It was very much an anatomy exam. I had very few of your basic musculoskeletal anatomy questions but many internal anatomy type questions (I had one specifically related to nephrons, that type of thing). The only two resources I used were the CliffNotes book and IPWeb Interactive Physiology CD (Amazon: Amazon.com: Interactive Physiology 10-System Suite (9780805361179): Pearson, Benjamin Cummings: Books). Not sure why the price is so high. Just get one of the used ones. I paid $7 for mine... That CD is amazing and covered EVERYTHING you need for the test. Even the questions that I guessed on were more like educated guesses because I recognized everything on the test from the CD. BTW, I am also a Paramedic which gave me a pretty solid A&P foundation. I studied a total of about 30 hours over three weeks for this test.
