No, because before I left I called the IRS and they told me if I will be out of the country for 1 full tax year with residency in another country, I would just pay taxes in the country I'm in....
edit I got scared for a second and looked it up to be sure and apparently I don't owe anything since I made less than $91,000 but I was still supposed to file paperwork..dang what a pain. At least I don't owe anything I guess :/

Right - I'm actually aware of this. If your income is below something like $100,000 a year, you don't have to pay any taxes to the IRS. Well, do a google search to see how you should or could report your income overseas:

it seems that you should report your foreign income on the FAFSA, see this:

Well I guess my new plan is to take care of the last 4 years of late w-2s, apply for a fafsa loan/grant, sign up for a cc in New Mexico, try to test out of what I can using sanantones guide for TESCs BA in psychology.
If any of the above doesn't work out like it's supposed to, then plan B; BSBA from TESC and eat cup noodles for awhile, which should make me feel like a college student I suppose?
Thanks everyone but special thanks to kitten and sanantone for everything they've done.

Just take some coursework through either of those 2 CCs mentioned. Search their course schedules and see which online courses. You'll get some money out of it like $1,700, and like $4,000 in interest free or low interest (5%) assuming your income is low enough.

New Mexico Junior College Course Schedule
Find classes that may satisfy the degree (particularly exam options that may be difficult), and preferably through instructors that have good/easy feedback on ratemyprofessors
Just take a deep breath, re-read everything, and give it a few days to digest everything, it takes some time to handle all this new information, but it'll be worth it.

They don't care about your W-2s from years ago. They only care about your income from 2014. That's it! If you want, you can PM me to figure out how much you're eligible in financial aid through grants (which don't ahve to be repaid) or loans. You'll need to give me an estimate as to how much you made in 2014 and how you made it as well.

Also, why did TESC say your AP scores wouldn't count? You said you passed them with a 3 or above. So what's going on?

Yeah, I have no idea why. The lady (Bonnie Jane? Something like that) said that I wouldn't receive credit for them. I told her it was 10 years ago and I received 1 (3)and 2 (4s) and she said that i couldn't use them.
