Which of the 3 schools is best for testing out of?

No one to my knowledge is advocating to transfer 90+ credits from SL. not even sure that is possible. Also wanted to clear up that SL, among other classes that transfer in as UL credit, have 5 business courses that will also transfer in as UL credit.

I was talking about this IN GENERAL. The cost of 1 UExcel exam with proctoring fees is $145 min. If you can get it without the proctoring fee (and they don't even let you register for them on the website, you have to do it directly through Pearson VUE, so I'm not sure how you would do that), great. If you can do SL with a coupon (they don't always have them, they could go away at any time), great. But IN GENERAL, TECEP's are a good option for people, and competitively priced.

As to the 5 UL business courses, only 2 of them actually matter - Business Ethics, Business Communication and Management all come in as UL, but wont fit into the area of study, so it doesn't matter if they are UL or not - TESU would take them if they were LL. Only Org Behavior and Cost Accounting (Managerial Acct) will go into the AOS as UL. And you can put Intermediate Accounting (Financial Accounting) in there as LL. That will leave you with 2 UL courses you have to take somewhere else, and at least one course in either Marketing or Finance. TECEP's are one of the cheaper ways to get those credits, with more options available than DSST, without having to go to a testing center.

Like I said, I'm glad there's more than 1 option, since everyone has different preferences. I am happy that you can do your degree with SL, and I'm happy that I went a different route, and we all still manage to get our degrees. Amazing how that can work.
